Great response from all the folks we came in contact with. We looked at 2 different Encores and got all the necessary pricing agreements, and left to look at Subaru's. No comparison! We came back and made our decision on the GX Sport Touring model. Salesman, Kris Nickel, was great to work with.

I made appointment with Yates service advisor Ashley Salinas about my Cadillac ats having a leaking issue that I had it in the shop under warranty before Ashley listened and was very concerned at wanting to get this matter solved. Well it turned out that it was a leak but not from the same issue that was worked on before this time it was the radiator reservoir that went bad and was replaced under warranty taken care of the problem. I really appreciate the efforts Ashley gave at making sure my vehicle was serviced properly and that I had a rental until my vehicle was fixed.Thanks

My husband and I went to a Buick dealership in Tempe because we live closer to that area. We didn���t really like this customer service we were receiving at that dealership so my husband did some research and we saw that you guys had the same exact car that I wanted. So we called your dealership and Tyrell answered the phone and we said we needed to speak to a sales person and he said here I am. we told him what car we were looking for and that we were gonna be in around 2:30 or three on the 15th. He held the keys so nobody could take the car because we told them we were already gonna purchase it. So Tyrell had great customer service and he was very nice and knowledgeable. Then we went into the finance room and Esteban was just as fabulous. I had an extremely wonderful experience and I���m loving learning my new vehicle.

Had new wiper blades put on. Asked them to make sure there was windshield fluid. They said they did���-they didn���t. Asked to wash car. Wasn���t done when I got there. Just little things but it���s always something messed up.
