I made appointment with Yates service advisor Ashley Salinas about my Cadillac ats having a leaking issue that I had it in the shop under warranty before Ashley listened and was very concerned at wanting to get this matter solved. Well it turned out that it was a leak but not from the same issue that was worked on before this time it was the radiator reservoir that went bad and was replaced under warranty taken care of the problem. I really appreciate the efforts Ashley gave at making sure my vehicle was serviced properly and that I had a rental until my vehicle was fixed.Thanks
