Michael (can���t remember his last name but was an older gentleman) was nice but the quality of service I received was lackluster. My truck was out of commission for close to 3 weeks and didn���t get assigned to a technician until 5 days after I dropped it off. Upon receiving my truck it had a dirty interior (grease stains on the white portions) an almost completely empty gas tank, in the three weeks they had my truck only 1 of my concerns were corrected and the other the technician could not determine what the cause was. Also after getting my truck my alignment was off and the truck now needs one. The truck had 2800 miles when I took it in for service. Aside from the technical side my service advisor, even though I���m sure he���s busy with other customers wasn���t providing timely updates and I needed to constantly text to ask for them. After doing an inspection of the exterior my truck I noticed a broken clip on my front bumper that wasn���t broken before and nobody informed me of it at the dealership. Overall poor experience and lack of professional courtesy, as for the concern that was corrected it seems to have maintained nicely.
