Confirmed Service Customer
Technician failed to notice windshield wiper fluid immediately drained from reservoir upon filling. I drove 2 miles home, and found a puddle under car when returned to garage, and a Low Washer Fluid indicator on dash. Called dealer, they said bring it back. They topped off fluid - puddle in garage again. Called to have reservoir replaced - no appointments available. They need car dropped off for minimum of two days just to "diagnose". No loaners available. Horrible customer service and not very client-focused at all. They assured me this was industry standard - no thank you. I called the next closest dealer and found impeccable customer service, and a team willing to work with an appointment schedule. They even confirmed part was in stock while I was on the phone to avoid delays during appointment - maximum two hour wait for repair. Needless to say they will be my new servicing and seller dealer despite the longer drive.
