Lack of communication. Had an 8 o���clock appt. Finally called at 2:30 to see what was going on and they said my car wouldn���t be ready for a couple of hours. Chris was my contact. There is no reason to not keep the customer up to date. I asked them to wash the car. They told me they were short handed because 2 people had to go to a seminar. Poor excuse. Just made me more angry. They didn���t. The only good part of the experience is the shuttle driver, Josie. She is wonderFul and always so nice.
