Yates GMC has treated me like a VIP for 18 years now. They have always done excellent work, accommodated my urgent schedule and provided me with a ride home while service was being performed and a ride back to the service center if needed. Communication has always been clear and honest with NO surprise charges on my invoice. I am a business, and my welfare depends on my vehicle being safe and dependable. I COMPLETELY trust Yates with my vehicle service.
