Confirmed Service Customer
The difference between 2 days and 48 hours is a difference of Monday 7 a. m. to Tuesday 6 p.m. and Monday 7 a.m. to Wednesday at 12 noon. I was never given an approximate cost or and an explanation of what was going to happen to my car. I was not kept up to date as to what was happening. Very frustrating.
