Mike kept me informed along the way. Made some suggestions with no pressure. Waiting room was clean and comfortable - would suggest to place a sign about keeping your phone low volume and to step out if taking a call using speaker on the phone. This is just not your shop but all shops. The medical profession does a good job with getting the message to all who sit in waiting room.
