Confirmed Service Customer
Had a 130pm appt and vehicle did not go in to the shop until 245pm. Was not told it would be at least 2 hours. Service advisor then took my phone number and said he would contact me once they found issue with slow tire leak. I returned to his desk at 330pm (note I was waiting in the showroom) and asked, for a Quick Lube, this is kind of slow. He said, I went looking for you in the lounge but could not find you. I said, why did you not call me. Well, because I like to have all the paper work and estimates before I meet with you. I then said you were looking for me for a reason, why didn���t you call? That did not seem to sink in. The oil change was done but because he did not get a hold of me the tire repair was not done. His recommendation was buy 2 new tires as they were badly worn. So, by 440pm I was finally able to leave. All because of not communicating expectations and CALLing me on the phone, I was there over 3+ hours for an oil change and one tire repair.
