I contacted assistant service Ashley Salinas to let her know that I was having charging issues with my 2015 Tahoe LTZ and was having it towed into the shop for repairs. What I really felt good about dealing with Ashley about was that she was transparent with how long it would be before my vehicle would take to be actually diagnosed but would be in line to be processed through to a open shop bay when available, believe it or not that made me more at ease than to be told anything just to get rid of me. Ashley kept me in the loop by calling and updating me on what was going on and when my vehicle was okayed from the warranty company to letting me know that they would take care of the alternator,what was going on with my battery that also had went bad and needed to be replaced.Thanks
