Comms are down. Big boys club you got going there. Everyone is in a meeting AFTER contract is signed. Only nice person is the secretary answering phones up front.

I scheduled an appointment early at 7:30am and let them know I would be waiting with the vehicle. Simple oil change no extras. I get checked in about 7:10am and it took 3 hours for them to complete. They overbooked and don't stick to scheduled times I was there about 2 hours before I saw them take my vehicle back to the service bay.

I had pretty poor service on my first visit to your service center. Made an appointment for my trucks first oil change and purchase the maintenance plan through your dealership even thought I live in Mesa and your dealership is located in Goodyear due to great sales service when buying the truck. I was called that my truck was complete got in to my vehicle, question if my car was even service due to the oil life was still at 10% hoping just not reset, spoke to advisor and he came out and reset oil life. Was told that all other fluids would be checked including DEF on this visit, on my ride home I check the DEF level and not filled at all along with the windshield fluid not filled, again I live in Mesa not Goodyear. It is very disappointing that I had such a great sales experience with your dealership and to feel I was safe to make the maintenance trip to your dealership even know it is farther away and just be disappointed with your service department. Advisor said he was going to discuss with his supervisor but I have not heard back from anyone. Really feel like I wasted my money for this maintenance plan.

This was probably the best buying experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I typically negotiate via email so I have to spend as little time as possible with the sales vultures. In this cas a friend was purchasing a truck and I dropped him off at Yates. I met Julio and he was a super nice guy. Fast forward to the evening and I got a text from Julio saying my friend had given him my number because he thought I might be interested in a new truck. I had been searching for a deal for six months and was astonished at the price my friend got. Julio texted me some numbers based on my trade in but they just did not fit my budget. He said he would speak to his sales manager and was very cordial. The next day I was dropping of my friend to pick up his truck and the sales manager asked to see my trade in. They upped the offer and I bought a truck. Thank you Yates team!

I took my vehicle in for a routine oil change, then was given a quote for $3000 for work that was needed for my vehicle. After closely reviewing the recommendations, they were all for vehicles with a mileage of 138,000 miles. My vehicle only has 50,000. And after being offered the complementary free wash, my car still came back dirty.

I arrived at 10:45 for an 11:00 appointment, checked in and was told to go make myself comfortable. At 11:45 got up to walk around and to my surprise my Canyon was still at the service entrance. When I received my bill I questioned a charge of $141.78. I was told it was for 3 quarts of differential oil. Most auto parts stores charge $8:00 a quart. Sounds like price gouging!
