Much better experience this time than last. The staff was super friendly, the communication was on point, the waiting facilities were comfortable. The only drawback was that I was informed that there was a shuttle to take me to my job but after 45 minutes of waiting I decided to take an Uber because the shuttle never returned from its previous delivery. Other than that the experience was great but still 5 stars overall.

Paid a diagnostic fee because I told them something was wrong with my transmission...they came back with a report it was my motor mounds so I paid over 1,000 to get it fixed and I got it back and transmission was still messed up....when I called to let them know...she said bring it back...so I did and it's the transmission like I said....not a good experience.
