Confirmed Service Customer
when my part arrived i was not notified by dealer until i called in to inquire when i was told my part had been there for over a week. Set up install and dropped off vehicle at 8am told by mid day would be ready and notified when completed. I called in at 5pm to again inquire on status and was told its been ready for hours and we close at 6 if you want to pick it up today. Felt like i was bothering the service advisor ..do not see myself returning to this dealership.
